When shopping with us at www.knickerlocker.com or by corresponding with us by phone, email, online or otherwise you may be asked to supply us with your personal information.  This may include but is not limited to information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to a service, search for a product, place an order, participate in discussion forums, interact with us via social media (on or offsite), enter a competition, use a promotion, complete a survey, sign up for our mailing list, log a customer query through our chat function, place a customer review or report a problem with our site.  

We may require you to supply Personal Information, this will from time to time be corrected should it be necessary. On unsubscribing from further communications from us, Knicker Locker will not contact you with regard to marketing of any goods or services in the future.  However, please be aware that we will not remove your information from our databases(s) if it is necessary to retain information for other non-marketing purposes.  We are obliged to retain this information for legal and or financial compliance and in addition is required to fulfil our contract with you.

Sensitive data

Knicker locker does not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refer to but is not limited to data including details about your race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, political opinion health or social information.  We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and/or offences.

We may receive information about you from third party sources when processing your order.  We work closely with a number of third party suppliers (including, suppliers, business partners, sub-contractors, technical and analytical providers, financial service providers etc.) and may receive information about you from them.

How long will your data be retained?
