These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale (together with the documents referred to below including the Privacy Policy and General Terms and Conditions of Use) of all products listed for sale (the “Products”) on our website www.knickerlocker.com (the “Website”).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any Products on the Website. By ordering any of our Products on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Products purchased on the Website are sold by Knicker Locker, its registered office at 3 Chetcombe Street, Poundbury, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 3BQ, (“Knicker Locker” or “we” or ”us”).
Our Business Policy
Knicker Locker offers the Products for sale on its Website, including its e-commerce business services exclusively to its end users i.e. any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside of his/her trade, business or profession (a “consumer”). If you are not a consumer, please do not buy any product(s) on the Website. At the discretion of our management team we reserve the right to cancel any order(s) received from users who are deemed not to be consumers and any other order that does not comply with our business policy.
Knicker Locker only offers its Products for sale to consumers over the age of 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18 you are strictly prohibited from ordering Products from the Website. Knicker Locker reserves the right to cancel any orders from consumers we believe to be under the age of 18 years old.
We do not sell used/second-hand Products, second/flawed Products or Products of lower quality inconsistent with market standards. The main characteristics of Products are shown on the Website and on each Product Page. The products offered for sale on the Website may not exactly correspond to the real Products with regard to image, dimensions and colours depending on your internet browser, PC functionality or monitor quality.
Products ordered on this Website will only be shipped to the United Kingdom (the “Country”). Please see our Shipping and Delivery conditions for more information.
These Terms and Conditions (together with the documents referred to herein) regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to Products on the Website between the Users of the Website and Knicker Locker.
How to Order
To place an order, you should select the Products you wish to purchase, select a size, colour and any corresponding item and add them to your shopping bag by clicking on the green “Add to Bag” button. When you are ready to checkout, click on the green “Checkout” button located in the top right hand corner of the screen which will display all of the Products you have selected in your basket ready to purchase.
It is your responsibility to check the number of items in your shopping bag are correct including the style, colour and size before proceeding. You can also preview the estimated delivery cost of your items, apply a discount code or add gift wrapping options at this stage.
Once you are ready to proceed with your order, click on the “PayPal Checkout” or “Secure Checkout” button where you will be asked to login or register.
The next stage will require you to fill in your personal information and delivery details (if you haven’t already registered with us before), Click “Continue Securely” to proceed to the next page where you will be able to confirm your preffered delivery options and select your preferred payment method, after having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, click on the “Complete Checkout”.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Please be aware that Products in your Shopping Bag are not reserved and can therefore be purchased by other users until you complete the whole checkout process.
Items listed for sale are considered an invitation to treat. Your order shall be considered as an offer to Knicker Locker to purchase the Product(s) contained within your order. We will consider an order submitted to Knicker Locker when an order receipt email (automatically generated by the Website) is received confirming the content of your order that has been received and assessed.
The order receipt email is a mere acknowledgement that we have received your order, but it does not confirm our acceptance of your offer to buy the Products.
Your offer shall be considered as accepted and the relevant contract of sale will be effective from the moment Knicker Locker dispatches the Product and you receive a confirmation email containing information about the acceptance of your offer, the dispatch time, essential information of the Products purchased, a detailed breakdown of the price paid for each product and delivery costs and details (“Dispatch Notification”).
If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive separate emails for each package. Each package will be subject to its own separate contract of sale for the Product(s) specified in the relevant email.
You can access your order details online by clicking on the My Account section (once logged in).
Knicker Locker reserves the right not to accept any order at the absolute discretion of the management team. On doing so Knicker Locker will notify you by phone or email.
On submitting an order, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with the Terms and Conditions of our Website.
You are advised to print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and the order summary or save a copy for your own personal use.
Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on each product page are inclusive of VAT at the standard UK rate. All prices are subject to change at the discretion of Knicker Locker.
Some Mastectomy Items may be Zero Rated for VAT purposes and this will be clearly marked on the product pages.
All changes will not impact on the price or the description of the Products that have already been accepted in orders submitted.
Knicker Locker has taken all reasonable care that prices displayed on our Website are accurate at the time of publication, however there may be a small number of prices that are not completely up to date or may be mis-priced. Prices are confirmed when you receive your order receipt email outlining the different charges (including delivery).
Accepted payment methods available on our Website include payments with debit or credit card and PayPal.
Knicker Locker takes all reasonable care to ensure our Website is secure. All credit and debit card transactions are processed using SagePay, a secure online gateway that encrypts all card details in a secure hosted environment. Your credit and debit card details will be securely stored on the SagePay Platform. These details are fully encrypted and will only be used to process card transactions that you have initiated; or in the case that Knicker Locker need to issue a refund from a return or product unavailability; or to report cases of fraud to the relevant authority.
Should your payment fail to process online, please confirm and ensure that all of the details entered are accurate and correct; then try resubmitting your order request. These systems are designed to be sensitive for your safety and ours! Successful transaction payments will be “reserved” or “frozen” by your card issuer when an order is submitted to our Website. The price and corresponding shipping and delivery costs, as displayed on your order confirmation receipt email, will be charged to your chosen payment method when the purchased Products are actually accepted.
To ensure your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent Knicker Locker will confirm and validate your details and other personal information supplied by you with facilities included within the SagePay platform, again this is for your safety and ours.
We reserve the right to conduct any additional reasonable payment security checks from time to time.
Refunds will be processed back to the same method of payment selected during the check-out procedure onsite and cannot be amended after your order has been placed.
Knicker Locker accepts no liability or responsibility for any delays beyond its reasonable control, including those delays caused by the payment/refund method or those incurred by the card issuer.
Shipping and Delivery
For more specific details about our shipping process, please visit the Shipping and Delivery section under the “Shopping with Us" section, in the footer of our Website. The information included within these sections of the Website form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders submitted with delivery details to P.O Boxes or BFPO. Any orders submitted that do not conform to our requirements will automatically be cancelled at the discretion of the management team.
Your Order Status will contain information on the delivery carrier and the associated tracking number(s). All orders will be dispatched on a signed for service and will require a legible signature from the customer upon delivery.
Our carriers are only able to deliver on working days (Monday to Friday, 9h00 to 17h00) excluding public holidays, unless a specific upgrade option has been selected at checkout.
Knicker Locker will make every effort to ensure orders are delivered by the estimated delivery date indicated at checkout and on your order confirmation email. However, please note the indicated delivery date in not binding and we will accept no liability for any delays to your order or its delivery.
If for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days from successful order acceptance, you will be entitled to terminate your order and request a full refund.
On successful delivery of your order, it is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel you are signing for is undamaged, visibly unaltered or wet. Any such defects should be reported on the delivery note (when you sign for the delivery).
On successful, full and correct payment, delivery, and signature of the parcel, the Products will become your property and you will become fully responsible for them.
While our standard policy does not allow for international orders, we may from time to time consider them as one off special transactions at the discretion of the management team. In the event this happens, your order may very well be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied when the order reaches its destination. Please not that Knicker Locker has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or predict their amount. You will be solely responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes associated with your order. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order with us.
Returns, Refund and Cancellations Policy
Having second thoughts? No Worries! As a consumer, you may cancel your order without any penalty, by either contacting our customer services team by email customerservices@knickerlocker.com or by phone on 01305 858847.
We operate a 30-day returns policy from delivery of the products contained within your order to submit a returns request.

Warranty
Knicker Locker warrants to our consumers that the Products contained within our Website and Delivered to you comply with the specification and are free of material defects and workmanship errors.
All goods supplied by us conform to all relevant British and European standards.
All claims under manufacturers warranty should be addressed to the relevant manufacturer directly.
We endeavour to ensure that all reasonable care is taken to check goods supplied by Knicker Locker are ‘as described’, of a ‘satisfactory quality’ and are ‘fit for purpose’. In the unlikely event that an item does not meet any of the above standards, you have the right to reject it for a full refund, provided this is carried out within our 30 days return period. Outside of this returns period we have the right to repair or replace the item at the absolute discretion of our management team.

Knicker Locker only supply goods for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the information contained within our Website is accurate at the time of publication. Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to our Website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through our Website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.
The total amount of Knicker Locker’s liability in respect of the purchase or Products under these Terms and Conditions is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the purchase of the Products.
Knicker Locker makes no warranty that our Website will meet the requirements of the consumer or will be free from interruption, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of bugs or viruses or represents the full functionality, reliability, accuracy of our Website. We will not be held responsible or held liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through our Website.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable English law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products.This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights.

Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, inclusive of strikes, difficulties or other events as a result of general or local extraordinary conditions, which influence the delivery of Products, Knicker Locker shall be authorised to postpone deliveries or to cancel them.
We will not be held liable for any failure, any suspension or any termination of access to our Website arising of any event beyond our reasonable control.
Entire Agreement Amendments and Updates
These Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with you. They supersede and replace all prior conditions of sale of our Website. These Terms and Conditions and all other policies of our Website may be amended from time to time as a consequence of new laws and regulations or any other reasons. Terms & Conditions for Competitions, Prizes & Awards
These general Terms and Conditions govern Knicker Locker's Competitions, Prizes and Awards. We reserve the right to amend these at our own discretion. By entering any Knicker Locker competition, you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood them.
Please note that all decisions by Knicker Locker will be final and binding.
- Entrants have to be aged 18 or older unless the competition implies or states otherwise. If under 18, entrants must obtain permission for their parent/guardian before entering.
- All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the competition. Only entries and answers received on time will be counted. Any entries or answers that are lost for any reason or received after the closing date will not be accepted and Knicker Locker will not be held responsible.
- Any person directly connected to Knicker Locker may not enter or participate in any competition organised by Knicker Locker including partners, staff, employees and immediate family.
- Knicker Locker reserves the right to disqualify any entrant in the competitions whom we consider has entered using improper or suspicious means, technical or otherwise.
- All costs associated with entering the competitions such as but not limited to their costs to access computer networks, shall be borne by the entrant unless the competition specifies otherwise.
- Facebook or any other social media platform does not sponsor, endorse or administer any of Knicker Locker's competitions or promotions. By taking part in Knicker Locker's competitions and promotions you understand that your information is going to the administrators of the page and not to Facebook or other social media platforms. This information will only be used for communication purposes related to Knicker Locker's Competitions and promotions.
Prizes
For each competition, Knicker Locker may advertise prizes to be won. If an advertised prize is unavailable for any reason we reserve the right to substitute a similar prize that is of equivalent or greater value.
Each household that enters a competition can only be awarded one prize.
Cash will not be offered in lieu of or exchanged for the prize. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winners
In every competition, a winner will be selected at random a draw from all the correct answers received after the competition closing date. The winner will be notified by email, phone or social media within 10 days of selecting the winner. The prize will then be sent to the lucky winner within 30 days.
If after all reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner and they cannot be contacted or are unable to receive the prize, then Knicker Locker reserves the right to, and at our own discretion, choose another individual to receive the prize.
Only one prize will be awarded per entrant (per person) and only one prize per email address. Unless specifically instructed not to, Knicker Locker may publish the name of the winner with details of the prize in any and all online and offline marketing material, including but not limited to the press and on social media.
If prizes are provided by a third party supplier, then where applicable, the simmer may be required to complete any booking or other formalities with these suppliers/providers directly. The winner, by accepting the prize, hereby indemnifies Knicker Locker for all acts/defaults by any other person/s and/or company/ies.
Prizes involving travel will likely need travel arrangements to be confirmed by the winner. Unless otherwise stated, these arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the winner. Knicker Locker may reserve the right to insist on written permission from the parent or guardian of any person who is under the age of 16 and to further insist the the winner choose a companion (depending on the competition) who is 18 or older.
Some competition prizes may be restricted to certain times of the year and unless otherwise stated by specific competition rules, prizes must be taken up within 6 months of the winner being notified.
