International Delivery & Returns
All international orders will be sent by UK Royal Mail Air Mail Service on a Tracked & Signed for basis. All order are shipped from the UK.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Any orders to Europe are usually delivered within 7 - 14 days of dispatch. Any orders to the rest of the world are usually delivered within 10 - 20 days of dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
All delivery times will be subject custom clearance delays. Our international customers are subject to import duties or local custom charges that will need to be paid before your items can be delivered to you. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over this and therefore can not predict the prices. Your local customs office should be in touch once your order reaches them to let you know more details.
Any additional charges for customs clearance will be the customer's responsibility, as these are imposed by the customs authorities and not by us.
We are legally obliged to declare the full value of the products on all packages shipping outside the UK.
If a delivery can not be completed due to unpaid import duties, a fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the return charges that we are billed by the postal service.

International Returns
When returning any items from overseas please mark your return parcel as RETURNED GOODS. If this is not done and we insure any custom charges as a result, these charges will immediately be passed on to you.
If you have paid import duties on items you have returned to us, you may be able to claim back a refund from your local customs authority. You will need to show them proof of duty paid and your proof of return posting. Please contact your local customs authority if you have any questions regarding this.
Processing Returns
We do not provide free returns on any of our items so you will to bear the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure all parcels are securely sealed with our returns label on the front. Please retain your proof postage until you receive your refund.

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 7 days for us to process it. You will receive up-to-date emails on your return, exchange and refund.
Please allow enough time for your returns to get to us as it may be affected by unforeseen circumstances e.g. bad weather conditions or postal disruptions.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on our products. If you would like a particular item(s) or size, please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and re-order the new product or size. This will enable us to get the product to you quicker and more efficiently. Unless asked, al returned items will be refunded.
